Your consent to SMS is not a condition of any purchase or of our representation.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your matter and may range from occasional to several messages per week.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Stop: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Data Security: Text-message content is stored in our secure case management system and treated under the same confidentiality standards as our other client communications. However, SMS is not end-to-end encrypted at the carrier level. Please do not transmit sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers) by text message. Instead, email such information directly to kcohanesq@gmail.com or kc@divorcedefenders.com.
